If you are talking about the fuel crossover line that is under the tank across the backbone of the frame mine is 1/4" tubing on my 2007 Street Bob so I'd assume it is the same for you.

So I got the bike done today, much easier then I ever anticipated.....

All the cables worked fine, I just straightened out the 90DEG bends in the throttle cable.....

Took the bike for a ride today even though the weather was pretty crappy but I was to damn anxious to put it back away without trying it out....

I LOVE the way the bike handles now....Looks 100 X's better IMHO I hated parking it again...

Heres some pictures for every one...let me know what you think...Thanks for all the help everyone! the 1/4IN fuel line worked great.

Heres what it looked like before any changes...

Lowering shocks installed; can't really tell from the crappy picture

The Burly shock is on the left...I cranked it 2 notches.....for when the old lady gets on

Got the seat removed, both driver and pass seat....

Gas tank removed:

Old handle bars are removed, Cut the wires under the frame neck to be respliced later on...

Heres the new bars....

Compared to the old ones, I have to say, these new bars are a MUCH better improvement, much thicker, and much more solid...I was very impressed.

Final product: Handle bars on and done, front turn signals relocated, and the rear shocks on and done...left side mirror has been flipped....the right side mirror will be on once I figure out how to get the throttle cables around it...

One more shot after the ride, its extremely filthy, please don't mind!

Overall I am very happy with how it came out, I plan on ordering a stage 1 intake for the bike then having it tuned.....

Thanks for all the help everyone! If anyone needs help or questions do not hesititate to ask!

I understand, I'm very confident in my brothers work(he's the one who did all the splicing for me)

But, I do understand if there's any issues with anything that will be the first place I have to look
