Default Best Tire prices?

Looking for a replacement rear tire for my 2007 street bob. Best price I can find so far for a Dunlop K591 160/70/17 is $158.00
was thinking of the michelin commander II but don't want to replace both tires as the front is still pretty good.
Anyone know of a really good discount tire place?

Bought my last few sets from Motorcycle Superstore. I have been getting the Perelli's for mine and the price is good for them. Not sure about others.

Try your local indy. Mine installed my rear for just about the same price I could by the tire online from several retailers.

Mixter, I've bought a couple of things from Canada's Motorcycle in Montreal. I've found their pricing good and anything over $50 is prepaid. They ship via Canada Post so it takes about a week to get it.

I've been buying from Motorcycle Superstore. That 160/70-17 is a real pain in the ***. Only a couple manufacturers
make it and there is no real competition on price. I've *USUALLY* been able to catch sales at Superstore and have
been paying about $130 for the Dunlop with free shipping.

Based on a lot of good on-line feedback, I just bought a full set of Michelins from them which were about $70 more
expensive for the set than Dunlops. I paid about the same price for the Michelin as you're being quoted for the Dunlop.

I only have a couple hundred miles on them so I can't really judge them beyond saying that I think they definitely
handle better than the Dunlops. If the positive reports on wear are right, I hope to cut my over-all tire expenses by
running these further than the Dunlops... we'll see..

I buy my tires at http://www.sporttour.com/. (best prices I could find)

Last year I bought a set of Michelin Commander II's. I like them MUCH better the the stock dumbflops.
