Our primary goal is excellent customer service. Taking the time to get it right is what it is all about.
I am looking to get some bars made as well. I want the WO Outlaws without the squared off bottoms and would like them in 11". Have you made a set? They would go on a 13" WG...

You want the bottom bends actual bends instead of welded joints? You have actual 1-1/4" not 1" risers correct?
Have not made that exact setup, but not much different than making any other bar.

Yep. Exactly. How do you think they would look on a Wideglide? They are 1 1/4 risers but I am going to change those anyway. I want to go with the shortest riser I can get when I change bars. I think apes look ridiculous on high risers...
What is the total width or your riser clamp? This will determine how narrow the bars can be due to bend radius. I cannot make them only 10.5" wide even with my tightest bend radius (3.5") on 1.25" tubing. This is why the Outlawz have welded corners to make them that narrow.
Got the bars the other day and started the project today. Surprisingly, it's really not that bad to change bars. I didn't have to disconnect the wiring connectors, the whole connector was able to be pulled through the bars. Getting them back through the new ones may be different. I may not even need to get longer cables as well. I stopped working for the day because I have to head to work but here are a couple of pictures as they are right now.
Fumbling with the gas tank was the biggest pain imo. I had to go buy a hand pump to drain it and detach the whole thing. Other than that, things are going pretty well. They look really tall right now without the gas tank but it should look better when I put it back on and getting a fairing should tighten the whole look up. The hand grips sit a couple of inches below my shoulders and my elbows are bent.
