Buy used for $8k or so, drop $6k into the motor and exhaust via a builder (any number of them on the forum, I've been talking to Hillside). Get the crank re-worked so it doesn't take out your oil pump. .you'll get what you want and not spend as much money this way.

If I want the best handling bike with the most stock power what do you suggest we ride around a lot of city streets and heavy traffic so idk I'm just lookin for some ideas I have been riding a soft ail and that doesn't handle well especially we we get Into the long country curves help me out

That's a tough one. None of them handle too good stock. I'd have to say street bob with 103, mag wheels and mid controls. Swap out the stock 12" shocks for 13s asap. I think you can get them without the mini apes now. Personally not a fan of the apes but I wheelied the **** outta mine and hung with sport bikes on back roads before I finally swapped them out. Do a good stage one and if you can afford it bolt in a cam and a se clutch spring. Do a 30t front sprocket and '06 70t rear and it will rip pretty good.
