I think I have gotten enough from this thread. The TTS and PV are both good turners and I am going to go with the PV primarily because with the TTS I have to buy another computer (laptop) when the TTS cost is close to the same as the PV (unless I go with another buyer and get two...which I do not have the other buyer lined up.) So thanks gents for this educational discussion and I am sure some other newbies like me learned from this.

So tell me one other thing. I was looking over DK Custom filters and I see they also have the Pro Billet AC. This appears to be the same as FuelMoto's Pro Billet. Jamie quotes his Pro Billet AC with the PV as $550 so obviously the Pro Billet is $50 when bought with the PV.

Looking at DK Custom...theirs is a little more. (like $135 or so) So with the Pro Billet can I put on any A/C cover or is the cover specific to the Pro Billet? Are the Pro Billet from both the same and from the same source? Not sure what I am going to do but I want the low profile A/C...think it looks better but also because my knee hits the football size A/C so getting the low profile A/C cover will work for me. Want to ensure the low profile A/C will fit over the Pro Billet.

So can anyone tell me whats the difference from the Outlaw HiFlo 587 A/C from DK Custom and the Pro Billet? They both are Stage 1 A/C so that is all that matters. I just need a Stage 1 A/C and do not want to make this too complicated but to me Fuelmoto has the best deal when I buy the PV I can get their Pro Billet A/C cheaper. Comments on the difference?

Now that's funny...

No pissing contest...but if I took my bike to have it dyno tuned and the tuner never even saw a TTS tuner before I would be running out of there.

There are a handful of tuners that will get the same job done..I'm not saying any of them are better then the others. Buy what's right for you.

They are both good. There is no real performance difference from any stage 1 cleaners. Your motor can only use so much air and they all flow that much...Get the one from Fuelmoto for an additional 50.00...The air cleaners pretty much all accept the same covers...

guess I will get the air cleaner from fuelmoto and will use the stock football cover until I can locate a low profile A/C cover to fit on.

I like the one that comes on the Arlen Ness Big Suckers. About as plain as can be...

If you google Doc's Performance Tuning Florida, you can buy it from him and get a good price. He used to be a member on this site. Not sure if he still is.

SC-Longhair,

I googled Docs performance Tuning and found his website. Do not see anything listed on their website that I can buy. I think they only do performance tuning if ya drop off your bike there? Are they supposed to have parts list or do I have to call them?

Thanks

I remember speaking with him via email. However, I believe you can call them as well. Too bad I can't PM you.
