local dealer has 07 Wide Glide in black cherry and pewter pearl MSRP $17880 on sale for $16240. I am considering trading up if he gives me a good trade in on my 06 Wide glide. What amount should I get for my bike and do you think it is worth it??
the dealer will prob lowball you on a trade. guess my guess. better to sell the old bike outright. bad time of year to sell, unless you are in a warm area of the country .
doesn't make sense to me. So you get 96 instead of 88? That's not going to make any difference in the real world. What can the new 88's or 96 do that the evo 80's couldn't? You want speed, use your extra money to buy a 600 rice rocket.

I agree. Plus you'll be paying sales tax and license fee's again. The '06 88 in the Dynas got all of the updates except for the crank that the new 96's have. The only thing your 88 may not have receivedare the new injectors and have the old 8 degree ones. If your 88 was a later build, it may have the new ones.
When you figure depreciation, tax, and lic, I can't see how you'd make the jump up for less than a $3k hit.
NO way.... I checked it out myself. they dealer offered ma about $13K on my 06 Wide glide that ran about $21K out the door. The 96 is not worth the step up. I am getting my 06 bumped up to 95" and portrd and polished for way less than the price to step up a year. just my 2cents
