Tried to put in a HD security system yesterday. Went in fine - alarms, fod, security codes, and turn signals all work. Problem is when I go to start it (with the alarm off) it will turn over and fire with the starter on but dies when the starter button is released. I put the old module in and everything is back to normal. Said screw it and rode all day yesterday - finally 50 degrees and sunny. Raining today, so I'm back at it.

 

Your sig file shows an 06. Did it come with the silent alarm and you added the siren?

 

I'm was adding Security Module and Siren II. Was not orginally installed on the bike.
