So I am trying to decide between two wide glides. Your input would be grealty appreciated!
Number 1: 99 wide glide with 35000 miles for $7750
All maintenance records
SS carb
Screaming eagle 2 to 1 exhaust
Windshield (detachable)
A lot of chrome
It looks and runs great
Number 2: 02 wide glide with 5500 miles for $8150
All maintenance records
A lot of upgrades to list
Looks and runs great
I know it looks like a no brainer to get the new with less miles, but I am asking more about how well they hold up. I plan to take 4 hour plus rides monthly. Thanks for the input!
Lets see: Ones 3 years newer, has about 30,000 less miles and its only 400.00 more... are you serious? And your going to ride it a whole 4 hrs a month? Have you looked at scooters? lol

It's my daily ride, however I will be taking it on longer rides at least monthly around 4hrs or greater... not ride it only for 4 hours a month. Also yeah I know this question seemed... well pretty damn stupid but I was more looking for tech answers. Which year stand up better the 99 or the 02. Any particular high fail rates in either of these years.
