as some of you may have read, after my new gimp acquisition, i have room for another inch in my cables so i wanna go +1 in a riser. the thing is, i don't know what the stock ones are classified as so that i can order ones that are only 1 inch bigger?
sup waterman...........................I have no hard facts...............Ive been told that the riser is a 2".........If you measure from bottom to center it is 2"......maybe you want a three inch riser.......................LO.................... .
easy...................very easy.......................hey waterman....when you put the bars on did you change to a poly bushing.?..................helps with flex................also keep in mind when you have tall bars and add a tall riser, you will have more flex....................LO........................ .......
I just did a Gimp change. Stock to 12inch, I put the poly bushings in anda big difference in feel. The one thing that I did notice was a major increase in Handlebar vibration. I am guessing that is because of the stiff bushings. To me that is the only down fall to the poly bushing.

did you need longer cables/wiring to use the gimps?
if so how long?
