Exhaust gasket HELP???
Inside the cylinder heads where the head pipes go in it looks as though if i install the gasket in between it will partially suck through. Where its supposed to seat doesnt look the same throughout the cylinder head. Basically the seat is only 3/4 the way around both cylinder heads..has anyone ran into this type of situation???....also when i took off the head pipes i didnt even see any sign of an old gasket...is it possible i dont use the new supplied james gaskets...or has anyone not used gaskets on the cylinder heads??

I figured it out by looking at an old thread...i didnt see the old gasket inside the head because they blended in and after some digging around found that they came out....duhhhh

They should be a tapered SE gasket that fits in if you look closely you will see it some say that you wouldn't have to change it with your bike being as new as it is but when I did mine I replaced them being that they are cheap enough at the dealership
