Default engine paint color?

Dose anyone know what color this is or what I can use that's close to this. I'm going to paint my engine, I want it flat black with a little bit of shine ...not like wrinkle or the vht flat black...of course this prob a custom color

The guy I bought my bike from used some kind of clear coat on the engine to give it the shine. It's a 99 with a little over 20K miles and it looked right off the show room floor... I should shoot that guy an email to find out what he used haha

i would personally powder them motor, here is our semi gloss powder

i did in the past shoot a street fighter i built in VTH low gloss engine paint though... came out pretty sick

first after you really really clean it... a thin coat of primer, then move on to black...

i have painted several motors on vintage builds, it is not a quick process i have about a week into each one of the motors you see below, they have to be so clean it is unreal for the paint to even have a chance... if i can i still like to cure in the oven. if not you need to follow the cure ramp directions on the paint you use

we do also powder coat motors:
