I ordered a Superbrace during the last group buy and put it on a few days ago. Nice piece, fully polished, great fit and I actually noticed a difference. Bumps and turns feel more in tune, freeway speeds you can feel the bike square up not bouncing to the left or right.
Did you install them as recommended (with the front end off the ground)? Just checked their website ans didn't see anything in a 49mm. Whats the part number? THANKS!

PN # 5191GB - all 2006 dyna except wide glide (they are making one soon).
Per there instructions I just put a 2x4 under the kickstand to get the bike close to level and loosened the axle pinch bolts and put the brace on and re torqued the pinch bolts. I didn't read anywhere that the front end had to be off the ground (don't see why it would have to be???). Nice and quick install.
Looks like they changed their recommendation, although loosening the bolts apparently accomplishes the same thing. I talked to them awhile back and they told me to lift it off the ground. The reason I asked is because I have read that some people followed that advice and some just slapped them on there. Never did determine if it made a difference either way. Looks good, maybe I'll still get some after everything else on my list...

Does anyone know if the superbrace will fit with chrome fork lowers? The HD fork braces do not because the chrome plating adds a few thousandths to the diameter of the fork lower.
