Damn must be nice to have the cash for all your doing at once
I had just sold my 09 Streetglide to my brother for cash. Then I was able to negotiate with my local HD dealer to purchase my bike for a great price $1000.00 off MSRP. Then I scoured Craigslist , EBay , My old parts bins ,HD Forums classifieds and even Garage Sales for months b4 I actually bought the bike. In order too save $$
I just shifted gears from a decade of riding Baggers to a New Dyna . I wanted something that was Lite ,Fun and could still tour on . Something like a FXDXT ? Seeing how The Company hasn't offer those for years, I'm going to make my own .
cool. exactly what i started to do two years ago when i bought my street bob. i really loved my fist dyna. loved my bagger but it was too heavy and slow for city riding. not as fun in the hills for my style of riding.
i tour with my dyna set up with bags and screen (fairing now). a perfect set up for those of us that can only afford one bike!!
lookin good man! that was the first thing i did when i got my dyna was have a 103 built. it's been two seasons and i want a 107 with head work, cams and so on. i am starting to think i should have just payed for a 120 and be done with it. i still may go that route if i can swing it.
I sticking with the SE 255 Cams (HD Covers this under their Warranty), Bassani Road Rage 2 ,SE Race Tuner . SE Hi-flo air cleaner .
It'll be Plenty Fast enough , while still getting better milage than Stock and just a dependable .
