Also bought at Monty's back in 2007. Like the dealership as it's close to home. Service dept. is a bit iffy at times. be careful what kind of service you have them do.
Very small service shop, the cram way to many bikes in there over night. In the daytime they bring them outside to make room. Even if it's raining. Bike always goes in clean and comes back filthy. DON'T LET THEM WASH YOUR BIKE!!!!!!
Leominster is a long ride for me but if I knew that they offered bikes below cost I would made the trip just to support a dealer who is so supportive of us

For an official dealer I found high octane Harley in Billerica to be the most professional and helpful. Although I ended up buying from national power sports up in pembroke NH since they had the bike I wanted, an generally cheaper prices.
For an Indy mechanic I'd highly reccomend cycle works in Billerica. The owner is friendly and straight forward. And will strive to give you more than you pay for.
I stopped by High Octane before I bought. They were as nice as could be. I emailed the sales guy when I decided on the bike I wanted. He never returned my email. I waited a few days then called. Spoke to the sales manager (think that's who it was.) I asked them what I could by the bike for. He said MSRP plus freight and setup like everyone else.
I said thanks and gave my business to American Harley.
