does anyone have a picture of the lowered front done?? Just did the backs and it looks good... Trying to figure out if we should go for the 1" or 2" lowereing in the front. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I noticed that it eats up a lot a travel... How is the ride now that its all done??

Why not just loosen the triple tree clamps and let the tubes come up through the clamps an inch or so and reclamp them down? Done that b4 on other bikes and kept the stock ride. Dave...P.S. didn't cost a thing.

Yes you could do that but unfortunatley you are left with the soft stock suspensionand an inch less of travel. Plus and this is just my opinion but i dont think it looks that good. With the kit you not only get a nice lowered look but also a better handling ride.

Ok.... question.... What do I length do I cut the PVC??? In the instructions it does not list the fxdi 2006??

Ok... another question... Did you take the fork tubes out of the triple tree in oreder to do this project??? Did you have to split the tubes meaning did you have to separate the bottom tube from the top... Thanks
