Been looking to buy a nice two up seat for me and the woman. After a few flaky experiences with some people trying to sell their used seats on the forum, I ended up ordering a brand new leather Sport Tour. This seat is really nice, might have to get myself a solo seat as well. Haven't put any miles on it yet but the contours feel much better than the factory seat.
I love mine. Trying to decide if I want to sell it and get one made up with a backrest....
The wife still wants something with more cushion/support, so she still prefers the Corbin. I prefer the "in" the bike feel of the C&C.
Great looking stitching

OK complete total thread hijack but I wanted to share my 2 cents on my C&C solo with detachable riders backrest and matching pillion since you said you were considering a backrest.
I abso ****ing lutely love my C&C solo with backrest and matching pillion. When I got a little hottie backseat warmer riding behind me I can take the riders backrest off and so far they all have said its a really comfortable pillion and when I am solo I put the back rest on and I can ride several hundred miles without getting a sore lower back. Mind you between firefighting, military, and other jobs I have had lower back injuries and have to be careful or my lower back muscles start complaining even just out in the garage working on projects. If you get a riders backrest it will sit you forward about 2" inches more but for long rides its freaking awesome comfortable on the lower back. Like riding a lazy boy with a hot rod motor in it.
Heh sound like me, firefighter and infantry veteran here. I'd like to take one of those back rests for a test ride before I'd invest in one to see how she works out. I have crappy posture anyways so I always feel like I'm slouching.
