Python (V&H) 2-1 pro pipe interferance.

Python (V&H) 2-1 pro pipe interferance.
May be an alignment issue, then again maybe not, but the new two into one's interfered with the brake push rod on my forward controls. Rod was laying against the side of the forward pipe. Talk about a racket.
Nothing that couldn't be fixed with an acetylene torch and a little paint, but an issue just the same.
I saw someone else here a few days ago with the same pipes, can't remember who now. Seems like somebody up in candada???

I'm not the Canada guy, but the brake rod on my Wide Glide just barely missedmy Pro Pipe. I did have to add some spacers between the megaphone and bracket to keep the megaphone from bumping the axle, though. Maybe the spacers held the head pipe away from the brake rod as well. I never ran the pipe without the spacers, so don't know if it would have hit the brake rod without them.

'canada guy' that must be me you're talking about. I had no fitment issues, but it's awfully close. When the brake is pushed down the rod is awfully close to the pipe but not touching...maybefit a penny or 2 between them. I imagine once it's running, with that motor shaking the way it does, I may have an issue. It's still winter so i haven't tried it yet, but i'll keep an eye on it.
