Vice grips super tight and twist. If you can't use that then an easy out may work. Also, you mayb be able to tap a smaller 12 point socket onto the bolt with a hammer.
i was going to suggest nearly the same thing, a lot of times when you strip it out like this you can move to a metric socket and tap it on and then remove it..
I agree vice grips have always been my go to in this tyoe of situation. Dig into the head of the bolt tightly with them and turn as you would with a wrench.
