IPB advice needed - please

Excuse my ignorance , but can you tell me what you mean by spot welding the rotor??? Never mind, i figured it out.

After more hours searching and reading, I don't know if mine is IPB noise or just regular "normal" noise - the noise is a whirring, not a rattle or squeal. The noise itself doesn't bother me as long as I know that everything is fine, or normal. It reminds me of normal noise of my '78 Ford 4WD truck with a Granny 4-sp when I let out the clutch in neutral - it's just a little louder then. Same with the bike, a noise in neutral, then I squeeze the clutch and the noise goes away. Don't know if it's IPB noise, Big Twin rattle, or just normal H-D and keep riding. And yeah, then there's the stator/rotor bolt issue.

Going to get a parts list together to minimize down time if I have to need to get in it: Baker Hi-Torque Bearing PN 189-56, what else??
