Default u1300 code/low serial data?

Im getting this code after a weekend trip. Any idea what could be the issue? Bike is running fine but the red key light popped up twice today. Ran the diags and got that code.

Thanks

From my '010 HD Elec Manual code 'U1300' indicates low serial data voltage somewhere between the following electrical parts/modules:
ECM, TSM/TSSM/HFSM, Tach, Speedo, short to ground in serial data wire, open in serial data circuit. The manual then goes into a boat-load of tests with specific instruments to help isolate the problem - pretty involved.

I would check all the connections related to the above equipment and also check for any damaged wires/grounds. If you're unable to find the obvious then you might have to have your dealer/indy check it out for you. Hope you get it worked out.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate you going to the trouble to look that up.
