I don't have the printout, but my 2013 103 with SE255, SE Heavy Breather, and V&H 2-1 made 89hp/104tq when I had it dyno'd last year, which is just hair off from the 204 chart above. The difference with the 255s is the HP curve is moved more to the left and falls off much earlier than the 204s, but I don't spend much time over 4000rpms anyway. I've changed intake and exhaust since then and probably took a hit in torque, but pretty sure I've bumped HP slightly.
An important consideration for anyone with a new 2013-2014 103 is that the SE255 won't affect your factory warranty and are the only cams that are street legal. I know some guys don't care, but I wanted to maintain my warranty protection. Once my 2 years are up, I'm planning on head work and a switch to Woods 555s.
Good info in here as I was considering doing this myself. On a side note, the local harley dealer was running a "special" for SE cams at $999 installed. Does that sound about right? This is really something that I do not want to attempt myself. Not sure if that price came with anykind of dyno work, but they do have a dyno there and can tune the PV that I have, or I'm sure I could just hit up fuel moto for a new map.
SE204 cams will not affect your warranty as they are now 50 state legal and no longer considered race application only. Firstly even if you had cams that were not approved by HD they would have to prove it was the cause of the failure. Secondly if the dealer installed them on a bike they would have a hard time proving that there install was done properly especially if the proved engine failure was caused by them.
I quote straight from the catalog
These Screamin' EagleŽ products are 50-state street-legal for sale and use on all vehicles, including those that are pollution controlled.
Note
Separate purchase of Cam Spacer Kit P/N 25928-06 is recommended for '06-later DynaŽ models and '07-later SoftailŽ and Touring models. These kits contain five different spacers to achieve proper sprocket alignment. Individual spacers can be purchased separately.
Warning
Dealer installation required - failure to comply may result in a lean fuel condition and severe engine damage. Harley-DavidsonŽ EFI systems will not compensate for any component changes. Do not mill heads or increase compression in any way. Do not use cams other than those supplied in the kit. Do not change kit components. Failure to comply may result in engine damage.

Hmmm. I guess I won't be spending the money on cams and put the money into something else.
I have a 2014 103 with Ness air cleaner, Thunderheader, NO cams and I pulled 85hp/103tq last time I ran it on a dyno, and that was before I had my tune dialed in.
I'd like to have a little more but that seems like a low return on investment.
Maybe I'll wait until I rebuild someday and do the heads, pistons, etc at that time.

Wow, that's awfully impressive considering I wouldn't think it would run at all with NO cams. Seriously, those numbers seem pretty happy. What correction factor? Do you have a sheet you can show? Cams are a great return on investment, really good bang for the buck. Usually 10hp/10ft lbs. You'll never get a cheaper 10/10 after stage 1 and cams. Also, you can't compare what someone else's made for power with a completely different setup on a different dyno in different conditions.

Yes the super tuner replaced the race tuner several years ago. S&S 583 = yawn
if you want SE cams i would go for 204. To me i don't care about the left 1/3 of the chart, power is the most fun and most felt mid to high.
my bike is 88" with andrews 37 with 4* advance gear. Also geared down with 30T andrews pulley. bub 7 2 to1. And the best part, PC3 with a real tune and o2 sensors in the trash.
It keeps up fine with most larger diplacement (now stock) bikes
To me the best bang for your buck with a new stock bike would be changin the gearing, then cam only with a good tune
