Unhappy hesitates and pops

I just bought a 2010 dyna wide glide a couple months ago. Installed a vance and hines fuel pak, v&h side shots, plus a hypercharger. Ran great except for an occasional pop when I shifted from 1st to 2nd. Now it runs like crap. It just started doing this today! Hesitates on take off and pops a lot more often throughout the entire gear range. I haven't done anything different to the bike. I've checked the map on the fuel pak and have looked for any loose connections. I really hate to take it to the dealership. Any suggestions?

Has is gotten wet any time recently? Piggy back tuners have a history of getting shorted/corroded from water exposure.

I'd try disconnecting your fuel pack and taking her around the block or up the road. See if the issues seem to improve? (obviously its going to decel pop a little) The unit may be defective or unstable. Good luck and keep us posted.

I haven't had it in the rain. Could bad gas cause these problems? That is the the the one thing I did do is get gas somewhere I've never gone on the bike. I think thats a long shot though. Ill try disconneting the fuel pak tomorrow. I was warned about buying that.

Another thing I would try cause it's so easy is replacing your spark plugs. Out sounds like you may have a fowled plug.

You installed new pipes and didn't say if you checked for exhaust leaks. From the sound of it this is something to look for and at least eliminate as a cause.

Three week ago I bought a 2008 WideGlide . It has 8,000 Miles and looks to have been cared for . It came with V&H Short Shots and high flow air filter it ran ok . I have changed the plugs and run Sea Foam every tank and it is running great . It just gets better and better .

Is your Hypercharger operating properly? Are you running baffles? Also agree with others about double checking the FuelPak.
