Had the whole rear wheel taken down including the pulley for powdercoating. Have read that the bolts need to be replaced or they will sheer as they are one time use only. Can someone link me to the proper bolts? I have the size (7/16-14x2-1/2) but there are to many results when I google this with different looking bolts etc. Sorry, I'm new to this and don't exactly trust my indy shop with something this potentially catastrophic.

OEM H-D bolts: p/n 3109 Screw, 7/16-14 X 2-5/8 hex cap w/washer, lock patch.
Some interesting info on sheered bolts to be found over here:
I just replaced my bolts as I had taken my pully off to do some work. I orderd new bolts from Ronnie's HD online. Fast shipping and very inexpensive. I did not want to mess around with improper bolts as it can be rather disastrous if they fail.

As a side note, my dealer (just talked to yesterday) said to stay away from the HD pulley bolts in CHROME as they have had failures. Use caps if you want chrome

I have an unused/unopened set of OEM pulley bolts PN#3109 for sale in the dyna classified section of the forum if you're interested. I was going to use them to install my roland sands pulley but decided to go fancy.
