I put Progressive 430 shocks on my bob,,After 500 miles they had to go,,Hard as a rock,,,,So I put Legend D1 air shock kit on the bike,,The control would not fit my Santee bars being that they taper from 1" to 1 1/4" so I made a bracket on the CNC to mount it to the frame under the battery box,,Easy to reach,,,I took a test ride (300 miles) and my *** is happy,,,

Well done...another reason NOT to get ABS. You wouldn't be able to put it there if you had it.
I agree with fxdlx: nice bike! I didn't know Santee made gusseted bars, and 1 1/4 too? If I have go taller, I'll look into them.

Nice bars but a bitch to run wires through,,,I had to remove the plugs to get the wires past the bends,,,
