Seems to me that ya need to slide further back on the seat while yanking up on the handle bars when ya hit it. Never tried it myself cause I really don't want to dump my RG but I did do that with a 350 Honda inside the hobby shop at Coronado Amphib Base back in the early 70s.

Change the gearing and hit it harder.

Buy a crotch rocket or better yet, a dirt bike! Why in the world do you want to do a wheelie with a Harley?

Wheelies are for dirtbikes. If you have to ask how to do one, you have no business doing it.

Too long, too low a center of gravity and perhaps not enough torque on tap at the gear-speed-combination when you try it. I actually like that my FXDF does neither wheelies nor stoppies.
