Parts finally showed up and stage 1 has been completed on my WG. Installed a new AN Big Sucker II SS Black AC, and the new Power Vision. I put a set of Python Throwbacks on the bike about a month ago in preparation for this upgrade. Ran my 1st auto tune on the way to the office today, about 35 miles or mixed driving conditions. Will see how much better she runs later today. Have to give a shout out to the guys at FuelMoto as there was a big F up on FedEx part and my parts were somehow lost. The driver said he had delivered them to my door step but when I returned home they were no where to be found. Came home from the coast last night and low and behold there was a box waiting for me . Still the original tracking # so I am not sure if FedEx found it and delivered it on Saturday or what happened.
I am really digging the new look of the bike with the pipes and AC.
The higher quality ECM programers come with a function that monitors the parameters as you ride. After a tuning session ( ride ), you simply upload the parameters to a PC. The software will recommend changes to the parameters. Then you download the new parameters back into the ECM. You keep repeating this process till there is very little recommended change.
With the PV you can auto tune a map where the tuner will make edits to the map and store them in memory till you are ready to export them to a new map. Normally you will want to ride for about 100 miles or so before exporting the new changes and flashing the new map. Other tuners such as the ThunderMax ECM will do this on the fly with their auto tune add on.
So far the bike has picked up some power and is far more responsive than it ever was.
After a few AT the bike has a lot more pep. Now the last thing I need to do is figure out how to get rid of all the damn decel pop. Looks like I will be manually going through the AFR (Lamda) table for this one .

In the Quick Tunes function of the PV, you can add fuel on decel in the Fuel tab section. Try adding a little fuel on decel, and see what that does.
