Who cares, **** the man!

Got a question for you folks that have annual vehicle inspection programs: Are they still the joke they used to be? When I was a young lad growing up in CT, we had a garage owner that would 'sell' you an inspection sticker for a couple bucks over the 'official' price...Don't get me wrong, I belive they are legitimate but I remember a time...
"How long is this piece of string?"
Really, this is something that depends on where you live... what state, province, country. Planet. Whatever.
While we're answering that question... can we cover this one off:

Snap! that there is some funny ****!
But seriously, the 'man' has a job to do and like mud said,
don't give him an inviteto pull you over....
It is, no doubt about it,but, even more so, sad.
I'm gonna take a wild guess here - way under 30 y/o.
Rules are not enforced anymore, by the parents, the schools,
or the law, for that matter.
Chaos is not a good thing.
A good time is a good thing,
and bad things happen w/o a few simple rules.
The simple ones have to befollowed,
in order forthe more complicated ones to be respected.
And, when ya get right down to it,
none of emcount -
unless ya get caught,
or hurt someone.
Through the years, I have seen more than a few folks
get some serious hurt put on em,
and I do mean serious, as in permanent bodily injury,
cause of a FLICK the man attitude.
the two week "biker" phenomenum is only a decade
or maybe two in the making.
15 grand and a dew rag does not a "biker" make.
A certain amount of humility and respect is a factor as well.
**** the cagers. YEAH forkem.
EasyRiders was a movie.Remember how it ended??
And that wasn't even "the man".
Enough of this shiit, on your next point below:

Yeah, boogie, I can buy em all day long here in my neck of the woods.
It's always been that way.
I can buy or make fake insurance cards as well.
They won't get your *** out of a crack though.
But, w/o the lic plate light,
Inspection sticker or not,
the dog is still gonna bark at me.
And a barking dog usually follows that up with a desire to bite sumthin.
And the guy that sells that sticker out the back door
is puttin his license on the line, cause if that sticker gets pulled over that day,
and there is some glaring defect, it goes right back to the inspection station.
Butt whut the fork.
I can PhotoShop an inspection sticker for you in a matter
of maybe 10-15 minutes.
Best thing I've found, grow up with a guy that's now a Sargeant
with the PD. Keep his cell phone number in your wallet at all times.
Those guys can pull in favors from their patrolmen all day and all night.
I do know this for a fact.
It is a lot of fun to type out "fork the man",
but, when the blue lites flash,
I have found that it's best not to be voicin these sentiments.

OOOh snap again! lol
go phind "The Man", while your still legal, and ask him. But if you plan on riding interstate, or international, err on the side of caution, and stick with the light. That way no need to sweat whether or not your legal in the state your riding in.

Its a forum, you have a don't have to participate if you don't like the topic matter...
But where is the OP from? For all I know he could be in Siberia.
Anyway, I can take the hint. Sorry if I offended anybody.
D
First off, I'm in Indiana. But I will be riding some state-to-state rides. Quite possibly, way out of state.
I didn't know it was a LAW anywhere. But now that it is cleared up, I will cover my butt.
I'm assuming that a very small l.e.d. would technically make me legit? Or is there a candlepower law too? WTF?
