Shouldn't be unless they sent u the wrong kit. If I remember correctly too, there was a separate plug for each end...or maybe I'm thinking of the injectors with that one. Try switching the plugs and see f they fit right. Can u take a picture of both plug ends?

There are two plugs ends 1 for the front o2 and one for the rear o2.Its gotta be the wrong kit. What they sent me doesnt fit any other plug on the bike. I know they are the wrong ones.Can I ride the bike with iut the optimizers? this sucks

Come to think of it too, but those plugs look just like the ones that came with my kit for my 2013. In 2012 they switched to smaller O2's so it's quite possible there would be different plugs.
