I am ****ing besides myself, I installed the new spring washer EXACTLY as it is supposed to be and it still falls with vibration, I bought the Ryobi One right angle drill, got a perfect hole in the back of the broken bolt then tried an extractor and broke it, none of my titanium coated bits will drill through the broken extractors so I am done with the ****ing thing, it will just have 3 bolts to secure so I don't pull my ****ing beard out
Can't help with the stuck bolt, but I had the same problem with a peg. Try bending the spring washer a little more by putting in some channel lock pliers and gently squeeze until the bend is a little rounder. If that doesn't work, try tightening the snot out of the mount bolt and nut. Both methods have worked for me.
