Default Fuel filter?
Does the Harley motorcycles come with fuel filters installed? If so is that something that can be checked? where would it be located?

Its in the gas tank. Pull the dash ( speedo) and remove the sealed plate.

Fuel injected bikes have them in the tank.

Wow! Thanks! That seemed like more work then basic maintenance. Now I just need to find out where it would be on my Fat Bob. My bike the tank is built differently.

It's in the tank. Just replaced mine about 6000 mea ago. Not hard to do, just run the fuel down and you want get it all over the place...

It is in the tank, and should be good unchecked for 30 K miles.
