pre 05 frame dimensions needed

Default pre 05 frame dimensions needed
Wife has a 08 Low rider which I put the earlier (03)dyna police boards on.
Now want to add the engine guard from 03 FXDP(49009-03).
Question to anyone with the earlier frame is what is the width of the frame were the forward board brackets (or foward control brackets) mount.
Also, Distance from the upper bracket bolt center the the upper hole were the engine guard would mount.
Thanks in advance..

The first dimension is 12 5/8". The other is approx. 17 5/16" centre to centre and these dimensions are taken from a 1999 Twin Cam Lowrider.
