Default New St Bob SE slipons

Added a pair of SE slipons today took about 1:20 total.

They are VERY loud hope my neighbors do not complain.

They are louder than the SE II I had on my Sportie.

ride safe

I know I cant wait til the 1st of 06 to get some sound out of mine so I may be going that route as well

Thanks

Hi,

There are three pics already posted with the message.

They sound really good but are on the loud side.

I paid $92.00 for them new in the box.

What about the EFI and aircleaner- did you mod those too? Anytime you modify an EFI bike it supposedly needs a new download or you risk running the engine too lean which makes it run alot hotter = bad

Nope Air Cleaner is still stock.

Dealer claims you do not have to remap with the
addition of SE mufflers only.

Plus the Dealer does not have the programing for the 06's yet.

So for now I have good sound (do not care for the look of stock mufflers either)
and I will do the AC later when remapping is available.

later !

Willie, pipes look great! Amazing improvement to the look of the bike for very little cost.

You said before that the black denim paint was "growing" on ya...have you seen a black, blue or black cherry for a comparison?

I have seen those 3 colors and like black cherry the best...still waiting to see black denim "live" though. I'm guessing it will be the "pick of the litter" with this cycle.

I do want to tell ya I think your having way to much fun with your new ride.

I think I need to move pretty quick on a new bike before my daughter (senior in college) talks me into buying her a better car.

Thanks again for sharing so much good info with us.

Ride safe.....

Crow
