Here's a link to a thread about another Street Bob with a springer. This front end was custom made by Jeri's Springers. I don't think the owner is a member of HDForums though.

Someone posted some pictures of custom Street Bobs that I think were dealer customs in Germany or something. One of them had an aftermarket springer on it.
That's all I know of. There are probably others, just none I've seen on the web.
