wideglide Seat
Going to change my stock seat out its two yrs old and starting to break down a little, has anyone had theres redone, or changed out would like it to be a little narrower on sides, and maybe sit a little lower, sat on a mustang and it was like sitting on a rock, and i want to stay with the two up version, thinking about sending to guy who advertises on here but not sure so (HELP)

I have a Mustang seat on my 02 Wideglide and the rock comment is way out of line. The Mustang is real leather and it requires a 50-100 mile break-in period. The first time I took off I was cussing and ready to take it back, but now I would never do without. I have ridden 4,5,600 mile days with no problems! Just my .02

The mustang seats are phenomenal...can't go wrong. I've had them on a few of my bikes. However, because I chose to keep my bike stock HD, I went with an HD seat...I have the sidekick custom....it's exactly what you're looking for...thinner on the sides, and it puts you back a little and sits you probably an inch lower. The only downside is the passenger section...it's way to thin to work for the lady on the back. Of course, if you don't really like her, it should be perfect.

I replaced my factory seat with a custom made seat from Bar Enterprises. Love it! Has the memory foam in it. Basically a solo with a small rear section. Puts me lower to the ground, not as wide as the stock seat, and is easier on my body!
