two fold battery problem question

If the battery tested at 12.5v then you have a battery at approx. 60% charge, 12.8v is considered the minimum for a full charge. That's out of the owner's manual and speaking of owner manuals, my 2013 Road Glide Ultra has a page dedicated to care of the battery. This page recommends the use of a smart charger when the bike isn't being ridden. AGM batteries are pretty dependable when care for. The battery in my Low Rider is approaching it's 6th year in service.

i bought the bike used so i did not get an extended warranty. i will run the checks you guys talk about and if i cant shake it out ill take it to the dealer
