Wide Glide Backrest

I was at a HD dealer yesterday doing buying research and investigating the Dynas. I looked at a really nice WideGlide. I noticed that the bike did not have a backrest. The salesperson said the 06's didnt come with the backrest anymore. However the 06 brochure shows the backrest on the stock WG model. Whats up?

Some of the models on the brochure have accessories on them.
This is true of one of the St Bob pics in the brochure.
