Don't know dude. Looks like the tanks on your bike are lifted very nicely.

The turn signals don't come close to touching, the throttle cable will touch the tank if cranked all the way to the right and you pull hard. Which I have never done since I put the lift on. But I also bought the deluxe kit from dk customs which allows you to move the rear of the tank back a little bit and up a little bit. I did not have to use the deluxe option as the cables won't touch under normal operating conditions. I couldn't be happier with the look it added to my bike. I do plan on getting different bars I just can't decide what to go with. But that's a discussion for another thread!!! Lol

I had to lift the tank 1 3/4" to get the knuckles to keep from hitting the motor, ended up more air across the heads.

I'm planing on ordering a DK 2" lift for my FLD sometime this winter. I wanted it for the look and better cooling. I'm stoked to read about the reduced buffeting and improved speedo angle....

thanks

For it to affect the gas reading it would imply the lift is not on both front and back of the tank, is the lift strictly on the front of the tank only ?

Then I put lower wind jammers on and they worked great, but my bike ran hot as hades and looked down right fugly. I purchased the 2" lift from DK Customs and installed them today. I took my scooter for a spin and it was awesome! No more lower wind jammers for me. And all that wind hitting my motor getting maximum cooling. Hate if you want, but this mod is *******. Hell yes!
Odie, is it windy out by you this morning?

Yessir. It was windy as hades yesterday too. It's always windy in Marana though. Nothing but flat farm land out here.

The lift is in the front but you can get the deluxe option that allows you too raise the rear of your tank and slide it back slightly to help with clearance and personal appearance preference.
