when starting o6 dyna lr cold, will run for few seconds then die. will start right back up and during warm up ( ~ 3 minutes) will start surging. if i dont catch it and ramp up rpm's it will die. after warm up it runs fine. already replaced IAC module and sprayed carb. cleaner in passage. not throwing any codes. any suggestions where to look next would be appreciated.

 

Battery low? Connections tight?
