I don't think ive ever been so pissed at HD as I am right now! what kinda stupid company would think that building integrated risers into the top triple tree would be a good idea??? Have Handle Bars ordered as well as already had bout 3" pullback risers to install and then realize this! What is the easiest way to go about this? is there another top clamp that will just bolt on without integrated risers? already got $600 tied up in bars and risers and not wanting to dump a lot more into this little project! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in Advance. Zach
Yah I know it sucks!!!! Wait till you start really modding the bike and find out all the **** harley did that could have been better.
Get a top tree from '06-'08 or '10-'12 (i believe that the '13's and '14 come powdered black so they won't match your bottom).
I think I got the top from an 2008 and had the top and botom powdered black by Joe the Powder Pro.
I have an 09 also so I can understand your frustration. i just bought the upper triple tree clamp from joker machine but it costed me $206 so that might be an expense you do not want since you have already invested $600. Goodluck
