Default Anyone have a Switchback?

I am thinking about adding a Switchback to go with my Sportster 72. I was originally going to go for a Street Bob but I am rethinking that decision.

I want something that is a do all bike and the Switchback look's interesting. There is no way that I want a big touring bike as being in NYC that will not work for me.

Any thought's?

Default switchback

bought a new switchback about two weeks ago. i also have a heritage springer. the handling and performance is very different. the switchback is like a sportscar the heritage is like a station wagon in comparison. it feels way lighter. i am 60 years old and have owned 8 different harleys .the switchback is my favorite as far as the ride and handling. maybe im biased because its new.

Love mine, much lighter, quicker than my 02 EGC. Good fuel economy and locking saddle bags. Clay

Bought one this summer. After riding a Buell for the past three seasons, it is great to be able to have both feet in the ground. No regrets with mine. Best do all bike I know of.

It's like my Ridgeline, not perfect for all tasks but does very good on most.

My wife and I both got one this past Oct. I only have 500 miles on it, but so far, I'm really digging it. I'm 6' w/ 34" inseam and I'm comfortable on it. I had also test ridden a 2014 Road King, 2013 Street Bob, Fat Bob and 2005 Super Glide. The Road King handled very well, but was always aware of it's weight. All the other Dyna's handled well, but the FLD has a better front end and feels very very agile. I'm coming from a combination of cruisers and sport bikes. When I bought the FLD, I was looking for something that was tour friendly, comfy and easy to handle. The FLD does that well. Not that I've ridden every cruiser out there, but of the ones I've ridden, the FLD is the best handling. Great combo of comfort, agility and performance w/in the confines of a cruiser setup.

Any particular year better than any other? I actually found a new non current 2012 at a dealer here in NYC. I think they are asking too much for it but I think I am at least going to go check it out. They are asking $15535 which seems high to me for a 2012, but it does have the ABS option.
