yea ive been told the lifters will be fine since I got low mileage. ive asked 2 separate indy shop owners also and they said the same thing. now I don't have the cams with me there with the bike up at my parents so I don't know what brand the they came with, has anyone out there used those bearings or are they junk also?

If you just got the standard Harley cam install kit it will have the stock bearings in it. You'll definitely need to upgrade to the SE inner cam bearings (Torrington as mentioned earlier). If you do the install you'll need several special tools.
