What's the wiring layout for the four wires coming from the LED lights? If you have that info, you might be able to make the connections by knowing that in the wiring harness that connects to the modular tail light assembly ... the blue wire is for the running light function, the black is common (ground) that needs to be connected to one side of each of turn signals and to the brake/running light (with LEDs polarity +/- matters), red with a yellow stripe goes to the brake light, brown is the other (non ground) side of the right turn signal and violet is the other side of the left turn signal. If your new lighting system doesn't incorporate it, additional resistance may be needed to trigger the turn signal "relay".
So in addition to the item I already mentioned, CD says you would also need this to equalize/stabilize the power to and from the lights. So check out the items, see what would be more cost effective for your abilities and budget, a plug and play system might be better if the cost is close or your not comfy doing the wiring. I think the reason why your system is a little more complicated then with some of the Street Bobs I have help with is the rear light setup on yours and the the bike not having a STT module already. This has been a learning experience for me as well. Good luck with your venture and let us know how it goes.
Thanks for all the help and insights. Still checking things out and waiting for some stuff to arrive.(deutsch connector, side mount) I'll let you know if and when it works. I did find out that the circuit board can be eliminated. First try will be straight to the main wiring harness without any module.
Update: Finally was able to put everything together. New wiring to the main harnass and connected everything without any modules. All works. FWIW, the HD bullet led turn/brake/run lights work without any modification, just connect the wiring to the correct wires. No resistors for the rear lights, I did keep the regulars bulbs for the front. Bonus: I can now also stop the turn signals by pressing the controls on the handlebars, instead of waiting till they stop by themselves. Thx, for all the input guys.

I realise this is an old thread but I Googled my *ss off trying to find more information about installing OEM HD 3-in-1 rear turn signals on my 2001 Sportster and finally found this topic.
I bought a set of 2015 Breakout 3-in-1 rear turn signals that I want to install on my Sportster, but I'm not sure whether to use a load equaliser or not and which wires to connect.
The wiring harness going to the stock rear light unit is:
-orange/white (hot wire)
-Brown (right turnsignal)
-Blue (running light)
-Red/yellow (brake light)
-Violet (right turn signal)
-Black (ground)
The wires on the 3-in-1 turnsignals are
-White
-Red
-Green
-Black;
I noticed the wiring diagram Blueangel73 came up with, but I can't figure out what to do with the white wire on both of the lights?
And should I just simply leave the blue wire?
Based on the last post by CDFXD I will not need a load equalizer?
