has anyone had any experience with sik pipes? i have a 2007 street bob and love the looks of some of their pipes. i know zero about installing them or how they could impact my bike in a neg/pos way other then being louder. so i will be taking them to a dealer to have them installed unless i find someone this summer. i am new to the site, any input would be great. thanks! also here is the link to the websit so you have an idea what i am talking about. they seem to be fairly priced compared to going with some other mass made models, ie vance and hines etc. http://www.sikpipes.com/

Dude, I really like a couple of those pipes. I have a set of brand new, 200 miles, short shots on my SB and looking at that site makes me want to change them already.

Feeling the same way! Like the Octane pipes. That pipe with the options I have selected it's looking like $785 shipped. Wish they had numbers on how they performed.

I've always admired the way those pipes looked. They've also always looked by like serious power robbers to me, though. And like trainedkilla said, they would probably be a real bitch to tune for anything other than wide open throttle.
His bikes look like "Big Wheels" to me so maybe if I was still 4 years old I'd ride one. Course I wouldn't get far before needing a rebuild running with no air filter. Those pipes would steal power at any rpm.
