Default First world problems...

So I have a major problem. I am buying a Wide Glide and I can't seem to decide on a color. My first thought was black with flames, but then I got to thinking that I have more options with vivid black. Then I saw the blackened cayenne and thought that it looked good too.
Throw into the mix the idea of going with a Street Bob in denim black and I am more than conflicted on what to do. Like I said, first world problems. What made you guys go with the color you chose?

If you plan on changing fenders or adding fairings or something similar later on down the road, go with vivid black. Its the most common color and you can save yourself some coin by not having to get it painted.

BUT if you don't foresee changing or adding painted components, go with something different! I think vivid black is probably the most common color but my attention is always drawn to the bike that stands out from the crowd.

I went with the black denim bob because it was a good deal when I found it. I bought used so my options were limited.

My vote is for something other than black! Show us some pictures when you decide.

If it were pure black I think this would be easier but the '14 has that damn silver pinstripe around the tins. I would prefer just pure black.

Vivid Black is the "Vanilla" of Harley Davidson. A classic looking blank slate that has been and always will be in style.

Black and Chrome. Everything else is for cages. (not really, just poking fun)

The only good color they made was in 2011. Sorry you missed it.

when i was looking for new, i was going to stay away from black, but the bike i found used was denim black and there i was. I'm already move away from chrome (pipes, shocks & bars bought but not installed) and have the seats, sissy pad and tool bags distressed brown. if i powder coat any, i'm thinking orange pin stripes and accents. Point is, even with black you can still have color and contrast to go along.
