What year is that? hard bags or soft bags? permanant install or removable?
WG's are a bit of a PITA when it comes to fitting saddlebags. Harley made some special ones just for the WG that are the best, I ended up using some Willie&Max throw overs. The key is to find the right slant to the bags or you have to get one of those spendy tail light relocation kits to move the tail lights to the license plate holder. IMHO, those look like crap so I relocated them just back on the strut and it worked out fine. Harley has a kit for pretty cheap to do that if it isn't done already.
There are a few ways to fit hard bags, usually older style, like really older style and it looks good but it isn't exactly the easiest thing to do. I have seen quite a few though. Your best bet is the HD bags if you can find them, but those are spendy or the throw overs like I did. It looks like yours is already set up for some throwovers.

I have the HD rigid leather bags on my '06...happy with them, and I think they look nice.
Younger bro has throw-overs on his '04 WG...best photo of his that I have at hand. His bags have lots of extended length leather straps for lashing on extras outside for long trips. Yeah, you should ALWAYS ride with both hands on the bars for safety! ;-)

I have Willie and Max bags, about 140 bucks. These are throw overs. They have been on for about a year and a half now, had some on a Sportster also they hold up real well....A lot of choices in bags out there...
I have a set of HD hard leather bags off my 99 collecting dust in my garage if any of you are interested. They are the rigid mounted type. They have the cut outs for the turn signals and shocks.
I am converting my WG to a bagger so I wont need them anymore.

I picked up some Boss Bags for my 2013 WG. I wanted a setup that would fit as close to the bike as possible. So, for me it was between Boss and Leatherpros...
