cheap horsepower

can some one please explain why we change our air filters and exhaust to gain a few horse power for a lot off $$$. when you visit a retailer site who says you can gain up too 8hp just by change a oil filter set up.. IF this was the case why dont Harley retrofit them and it would save thousands $$$ off development cost in motor design ... simple logic I guess or another urban myth 
I guess.. And why dont the production super cars run this system....

yea ill better off buying that instead off the oil filter
I personally would off like the seller too come on and answer this question , not trying too start a **** fight guys just trying too get it out there theres a lot off claims off this and that products out there . the loopie name was give in too me by friends as I only have two speeds stop or flat out every where I never button off rideing a bike even if its side ways..
and for you dyno lovers look on you tube dyno failures who going too fix all those blown up damaged cars/bikes

yup i watched the videos, i will never have anything on the dyno again...i also watched all the motorcycle accident videos, so im not gona ride anymore either
