Been working on this bracket for a few weeks when time permits. I finally got it just right and it works with both the Trucklite LEDs as well as the HD Daymakers. The TL lights converge right in front of the bike and make a really bright beam but poor peripheral lighting. The Daymakers are slightly less bright right down the middle but provide great peripheral vision, and when flipped over and run upside down they provide a great light pattern. The notch in the bracket keeps them from spinning and the trim ring holds them snug against the lip in the bracket. I'm considering making a few more of these to sell if anyone is interested. It's made out of aluminum so it's lightweight and strong, I can easily have them anodized or powder coated but the adapter isn't visible once it's in the bucket. Please post here if there's interest, I'd probably need about 8 (I have 1 confirmed buyer, so 7 more) to make it worth the time. Price would be right at $100 shipped in bare aluminum and $120 in powder coat color of your choice.
If you want to check me out and make sure I'm going going to scam you, you can check my eBay account which is the same user ID. Been buying and selling expensive crap on there for years.

That's pretty awesome looking. .is that last picture with the daymakers or truck lite? Can we get some pics at night outside with either or both of the daymaker and truck lite beam pattern?

Yeah I'll get some the first night it's not raining and I can get outside
Dude, That's awesome. Been wanting led's for my fatbob for awhile. Couple of questions. What model light from TruckLite did you use and would you ship the bracket you made to Canada? Good work man!!

The Daymakers are the ones on the bottom in the original post. Here are the light output pics.
This is with the Daymakers, you can see it's a very snap cutoff along the top line with a U shaped curve along the bottom.
This is the Daymakers flipped with the U shaped curve at the top. Much better peripheral lighting near the bike and it utilizes the U at the top for a little longer throw down the road.
These are the Trucklites, a much more narrow beam but it it lights up all the way back to the bike but the side cutoff is sharp and there's very little peripheral lighting.
This is one of each, is actually a quite nice combo but obviously not practical because no one is going to buy both. You get the nice lighting all the way back to the bike of the TL plus the added peripheral light of the HD.
The lighting is a little deceiving in the pictures. The Trucklites look brighter in these pics because my phone had a hard time exposing for the more scattered light of the Daymakers and my girlfriend has my real camera. In reality the total light output is really close between the two.
