part used tires?

Is there a market for them?

Just replaced my stock 160 scorcher with a 180 and wondered if I'd be able to sell the stock tire as it has less than 800miles on it

Maybe it would all depend on how badly someone needed a tire and how much you would want for it. I wouldn't want to buy a used tire would you.

I hang onto used tires that have enough thread to be used. It is for a emergency.
If you are in a riding community then someone will need it. You may bail someone out in need.

I sold a Dunlop rear tire with 500 miles on it on Ebay for $50. Guy was very happy with the tire. Didn't want the tire to go to waste. I knew the tire was sound, just changed over to Metzler.
