Some mechanical before more upgrades...
Ok my bike is a 2005 - has roughly 4,500 miles on it. Guy rode it every week but only to the store and back before me ha! So two things, 1st is that it has dual disks and they seem to make an awful lot of noise until you pull the front brake lever to use them, then they hush up. Pads look nice and thick, so is this normal or is there anything I can do to quiet them down? Two, I have this weird "chirping" sound I guess you could call it, but only at a certain RPM and it doesn't happen often, but always at the same RPM and it can be when rolling on the throttle or off the throttle so that tells me its most likely just something rattling whenever that exact frequency hits, sounds like from the front of the motor right side of the motor area/exhaust/something I dunno, any ideas on what to check?

`Could be lifter noise. Is it loud? Also, it may APPEAR to come from the right side of the motor, but may actually be belt noise (left side of bike). Maybe a chip in one of the cogs in the belt or a rough spot on one of the pulleys. Maybe those disks need adjusting out a little. `Sounds like they`re dragging when not applied.
