So they have arrived! Look bad *** and I am looking forward to installing them. So my first question is do I disconnect the wiring from under the neck where the big mess of wires are or from the switch housings? I have done some google searched and haven't had much success finding an install video on a newer street bob. 2013 or 2014. Any links would be great. Thanks!
Pull the plugs out of the neck. Unbolt the take and slide it back a few inches (careful not to scratch your rocker covers or tank). On mine there's a little plastic piece under the backbone, I'm not sure that the new bikes are still this way, pull that and it will help with getting the harness out and getting it back in. Pull the rubber grommets and work the plugs out, might havta pull a little from one side and then a little from the other. They will come out, piece of cake!

exactly the same idea for a 14 street bob except the plastic piece, no idea what that is. Undo the grommet and pull out the harnesses and unplug
